Web Journalism: Evolving face of a New Medium

Web journalism today is widely known for its popularity among internet users ,Internet writers provide that news which newspapers cannot dare to publish. Tehelka and Al Jazeera being examples , both of them are known worldwide, as we are using web more than we were using it earlier , many media houses like the Times Group , Outlook publishing, India Today Group, HT media and many more have started web version of print that was non existent few years back and many more are coming up , following the trend many journalism colleges have added web journalism to their curriculum . Web journalism promises updated news content at no cost, and the job of the web journalist has to make the news sharp and interesting, presentation and editing is crucial as web users tend to scan the pages and not read them completely There are many journalism colleges around Delhi that provide quality education in journalism.
