Parsvnath Premier Launched in Indore

This Group Housing project is spread over an area of 6.3 acres and is strategically located in Indore adjoining NH-3 & AB Bye Pass. The projected revenue from the project is approximately Rs 60 crore and is scheduled to be complete by Dec, 2011.

Once complete, Parsvnath Premier would be offering 4.11 lac sq. ft. of built up area and 300 units. The project comprising of 5 story apartments and would be equipped with 2/3 bedroom flats. The project offers a gamut of leisure activities for children as well as elders.
Parsvnath, which has pan India presence, also entered into an agreement with Madhya Pradesh state government for swift and unhindered development of its 76-acre SEZ at Indore. This SEZ is expected to create direct and indirect employment opportunities for approximately 40,000 people.
