June 30, 2009 – 3:29 pmThere are outlets of Mohan Clothing in major 50 cities of India, which include New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Bangalore, Chennai, Chandigarh and Pune. As mentioned in our previous post, the company has around 900 outlets in all. However, this figure doesn’t really gratify the company. It further aims to tap around 100 outlets and self own them by the year 2010. For this around 30 crores of money is expected to be invested.
Mr Krishnendu Kundu, Deputy General Manager of retail operations at Blackberrys commented on the compan’s growth, saying the annual growth rate is around 35%. We can thank this growth rate to the sedulous pursuit of the company to make profits, making quality commitment and creativity the foundation. Truly, the company wants to grow on similar lines in the future. A major expansion plan of Blackberrys is in progress which aims to bring about substantial horizontal and vertical growth. The premier range of trousers has been always in limelight, whenever and wherever Blackberrys merchandise is talked of. But, now we all can brace ourselves to hear about an out-and-out range of fashion accessories, shoes, T-shirts and sweaters of Blackberrys. These shall be shortly included in the wide assortment of the company. Also, production capacities are being constantly increased by upgrading factories and related processes to achieve the aforementioned objective. To solicit the expansion crusade, aggressive marketing endeavors are furthermore being undertaken, one being this blog post itself!
The company is aiming to serve customers from different walks of life, by pricing innovation at pocket friendly rates. However, equal efforts are being made to target the premium class with a clothing range which commands class, not to mention big bucks.
A 360 degree initiative has been taken by the company in its promotional campaign. This means you may quite soon see television advertisements of Blackberrys. In a nutshell, Blackberrys are totally looking forward to establish the brand as a complete lifestyle brand.
